But, who’s Liam?

Hi there, thanks a lot for taking a peak at my portfolio! Currently working at New Story. A digital creative agency at the coast of the Netherlands.

I’m a communicative, eager to learn, and extravert guy, that strives to keep a pro-active attitude – both during and after work. Pushing my own boundaries in combination with a strong, thoroughly and detailed work ethic, helps me grow on both personal and professional level.

When I’m not designing, you will find me reading and learning about business, strategy, design, and mindset.

Although my curiousity is never saturated, alternation is good. With my spare time, I love playing competitive team games; listening to unpolished industrial techno; going on an adventure with friends; or being occupied with my cats.

Educational journey

During my education, I enrolled into two internships as an interactive designer. Performed those at Linx, an innovative software development company, and at an amazing creative agency, XXS Amsterdam. Since both internships were enclosed with lots of positive feedback, I went back to school.

Once I passed all my exams at Media College Amsterdam, Linx offered me a spot and I started as a professional UX-UI designer. I’ve learned so much there. Since February 2022, I continued my journey at New Story. Strengthening their design team as a UX-UI desinger. Currently 3+ years of experience in design.

Continuously learning is of high value to me. Since the beginning of 2020, I participate in online courses at the Interaction Design Foundation.
